Project
Oliva Mare
Description
Located along the tranquil shores of Bodrum’s Yalıçiftlik region, Oliva Mare offers a way of living deeply rooted in nature, memory, and architectural restraint.
Set gently around preserved olive trees, the project reinterprets traditional Aegean spatial typologies — courtyards, shaded retreats, semi-open lounges, and breezy thresholds — through a contemporary language of understated luxury.
Its material palette of locally sourced stone, timber, and lime-based plasters creates a tactile and timeless atmosphere. Here, architecture is shaped by light, breeze, shadow, and silence; not as a display of form, but as a quiet refuge connected to its place.
